The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have shared they are expecting baby number two. The pair married in 2008 and welcomed their first son, Gunner, in 2017.
After opening up about infertility and a “roller coaster” journey, the news comes as nothing but joy and excitement.
