The nation has a new top dog: a little wire fox terrier named Sky wins Best in Show at the Westminster Kennel Club Tuesday. Sky and her handler Gabriel Rangel join the News Hub with details of their whirlwind day. While she faced some tough competition she definitely deserved the blue ribbon. However, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on how awesome the show was the year. Madison Square Garden was packed. The crowd was electric. And the dogs were certainly feeling the excitement. From the grooming to the ribbons to the running around the stadium floor, everyone got what they expected this year.
And now we have a great exclusive interview to share with the new dog of the year. We wonder how many people will be naming their dog Sky this year….
